To apply for a new KTP, visit the Cilacap Regency Population and Civil Registration Office with complete required documents such as birth certificate, family card, and colored photo. Staff will guide you through the application process.

The processing time for a new KTP is typically 7-14 working days from the date of complete submission. To expedite the process, ensure all documents are complete and correctly submitted.

To apply for changes to KTP data, such as name or address, visit the office with supporting documents like a declaration letter, data change certificate, and old KTP. The process will be handled according to regulations.

Currently, new KTP applications or data changes cannot be submitted online. You must visit the office in person with the required documents.

After processing is complete, you can collect your KTP at the office by presenting the collection receipt provided during submission. Ensure to bring your original identification when collecting.

There is no fee for issuing a new KTP. This service is provided free of charge as per government regulations. Ensure not to pay unofficial fees to any third party.
